Mailbox ready-only?

Hello,

        I'm having a strange problem since the upgrade from 0.95.1 to
        0.95.3... For some reason, it does not let me do any change
        to the mailbox (/var/spool/mail). It says that the mailbox
        is read-only.

        Any behavior has been changed since 0.95.1 regarding this?
