Save-Hook pattern question

[Randall Hopper]

This works:

   set default_hook = "~e %s | (~P ~C %s)"    
   fcc-save-hook python-list                        =python.ml

However, I can't figure out why this doesn't:

   set default_hook = "~e %s | (~P ~C %s)"    
   fcc-save-hook python-list@cwi\.nl                =python.ml
                            ^^^^^^^^
                            ADDED ONLY THIS

What am I doing wrong?
