You need to make sure that your "alternates" setting is actually
matching all of the different ways that your E-mail address can appear
in a message header. For instance, I have this complicated beast:
set alternates='^fox@.*(convex|(convex|rsn)\.hp)\.com$'
which matches <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, and so on...
Mutt removes your name from the list of respondents if it can determine
that it is your address, by checking alternates.
