scand problems

[Saku Ytti]

mutt displays scands (� (ae) and � (oe)) as ?. LC=ALL is set to fi_FI.
I'm currently using 'Mutt 0.95.4i (1999-03-03)'. Scands used to work
so I suspect this is debian/potato related problem.
