Ok, so maybe I should test these things before I speak up. No, it
would appear that this is not correct, at least not with Navigator
4.6. Although there is no built-in messaging capability, the third
party mail hooks do appear to be present. So I (and probably you) can
use mutt with Navigator, and ditch the (more) bloated Communicator.
