T~s \[LUG\]<enter>;s=lug<enter>

Description: tag all matching messages with the tag-pattern function
(bound to the T key by default), use the pattern ~s \[LUG\] which will
match any messages with [LUG] in the subject line. You need to escape
the square brackets or Mutt will interpret that as "any character of
L, U or G". After you've tagged the messages, use the ; key to apply
the next command to all tagged messages, and then s(ave) to the =lug
folder.

Hope this helps,
Mikko
