v1.0i and color support

I've just updated from mutt 0.95us to 1.0i (in the RedHat 6 for i386 RPM), 
and it seems to me, colors are totally in a mess. For example, specifying
"blue" in .muttrc results in displaying red, and the other way round.
Is this a regional problem, caused by updating to international version,
or is it a bug?
