Thats what i have too.
This is probably the best solution because lots of checkers
like biff also play the sound when you undelete email, because the
mail is pushed back into the mailbox and thus its timestamp changes 
causing biff or xbiff or any other mailchecker to play that bloody 
sound again.

Also via procmail you hear the sound as it arrives instead of at the
end of the mailchecker timeinterval. So whenever u are in a hurry :-)

Also i hope yer computer isnt located in the livingroom like mine,
cause my wife almost left me because of all the wierd sounds that 
came out of my pc! j/k hehehe
