It would be extra cool if mutt could show 'O' for a folder in the file
browser, to indicate that the mailbox has some unread email, similar to how it
shows 'N' for a mailbox with new emails.

This would be quite useful if you read email like me: I've got a whole bunch
of mailboxes (mostly different mailing lists), and sometimes I want to scan
the new email in the mailbox for a particular topic, leaving the other new
email to be read later (hence marked as old).  Problem is that I keep
forgetting which mailboxes have these unread emails still, as there is no
indicator when I do a change-folder command...
