[Announce] mutt-1.1.13 is out

mutt-1.1.13 is out on:

This version adds a couple of bug fixes, and a new option
named imap_force_ssl which can be used to unconditionally
access IMAP servers via SSL.

Broad testing of this version would be appreciated.
Please report any problems and shortcomings using the
muttbug utility.
