To provide a bit more detail, when I try and open the HTML message I
get:-

    [-- text/html is unsupported (use 'v' to view this part) --]

and in the status line it says:-

    mailcap entry for type text/html not found

but there is a 'text/html' in my .mailcap file, so what does this
actually indicate is wrong?
