Not that I know of.
You may have luck creating a small shell/perl script for adding an
alias given an email address, and then working with urlview to make
it recognise all addresses from a message. You can then use urlview
to select which address you want and add it to your your alias file
with the shell script. I think this has been discussed before, I
forget the outcome.
