Ahh, right.  It's ambiguous yes, two differing usages of "to".

Well, you can use a complex expression, like

  ~C "([EMAIL PROTECTED]|[EMAIL PROTECTED])"

So that's why it's EXPR, not USER.  You're not limited to looking for a
single user.  The same is true for ~t, so I think the ~t should also have
EXPR, not USER.
