The only one I've heard of is the OpenSSL command-line utility,
openssl(1). But would integrating invocations of openssl's cmdline
into mutt, call out the Debian license gestapo again? We've only
just beaten off their last assault, at some grave cost to peace of
mind and temper. Let's wait until they've died off before wading
into the middle of that fray again.
