I finally had the right idea this morning. What I wanted to do --
marking everything not directly concerning myself or being flagged, AND
older than two weeks, for deletion -- is a "native" job for the scoring
mechanism. So the solution is:
score '!(~p|~P|~Q|~F)~d>2w' -9999
