Someone found a bug with my patch (http://www.woolridge.org/mutt/) which caused silent failure when attempting to send an encrypted message to a recipient without a matching pgp-hook. The obvious symptom is that the send-message command ('y' by default) in the compose menu would appear to be ignored. This has been addressed in the latest patch (and only one now), which is patchlevel 3.
