... but if that mailbox does not exist at the time of the mailboxes command being parsed (ie when you start mutt and read the muttrc file) then AIUI it is effectively left off of the list. You could perhaps make a send-hook which runs your mailboxes command every time you send a note... Nah :-) I think that $save_empty is your friend in this case, Charles.
