What do you mean "everything looks fine"? Did you define $pgp_sign_as
as something?
If you haven't and you don't want to for some reason, you can also
define a default signing key in your ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf like so:
default-key ca8e235e
(That's my key, but you get the idea.) One way or another, you have to
tell gpg what key to use when signing things.
