It depends on your Operating System. If on a Unix-like system, check your /etc/syslog.conf file for lines starting with "mail." and go look at the file(s) in the rightmost column. It will likely be something like /var/log/mail.log, /var/log/maillog, or /var/log/mail.err that you're looking for. Better yet, ask this question in a forum for your Operating System.
