Is there an up-to-date version of the trash folder patch, one that is known to work with mutt 1.5.20/21?
The one from here (which seems to be the original source of the patch): http://cedricduval.free.fr/mutt/patches/#trash is very old and no longer applies. I found a version updated for mutt 1.5.16 here: http://scie.nti.st/2007/6/21/mutt-trash-folder-patch-for-1-5-16 this seems to apply cleanly to mutt 1.5.20 but I haven't tried compiling and using it.
