Send-hook overriding reply-hook even though reply-hook is specified last

Hi,

I can't get my reply-hook to work property, given:

send-hook . 'my_hdr From: Incorrect from <incorr...@example.com>'
reply-hook . 'my_hdr From: Correct from <corr...@example.com>'

The send hook always kicks in whenever I reply to a mail. If I drop the
send-hook, everything works fine.

Anyone knows why? Mutt version 1.5.20
