NO YOU DO NOT, and in fact you should generally never do this. If your locale is set correctly, Mutt will take care of this for you automatically, and if it is not set correctly doing this can cause confusion about what is actually wrong. You should only ever set charset manually if you're doing something weird, AND you really know what you're doing. -- Derek D.
