Hello and Happy Holidays to everyone, I receive emails from a vendors support system that come from supp...@vendor.com addresses and have something similar to the following in the subject:
Support Request XXXXXXXX I currently file them in a folder vendor-support/XXXXXXXX where the XXXXXXXX cooresponds to the support request number. Is it possible to have a save hook dynamically suggest the xxxxxxxx based on the number that actually appears in the subject of the email?
