Is there a way to start mutt in "reply" mode, starting
from a mbox-formatted mail in input ?

I'd like mutt to start in the mode it would get to if
I stored that input mail in a file, called mutt -f <the_file>
and then hit 'r' (for reply).

As a bonus point, it should also possibly avoid to login into
all my IMAP mailboxes for checking them (which is something
it still does when invoked with -f).

PS: Mutt is great, I'm a long time user although first time
    poster here :)
