I am not sure I understand your wish.  Do you want _one_ HTML page with
the attached images (for instance) linked from it?  I do not know of
such a tool; the ones that come to mind all somehow preserve the
original MIME structure, and require the user to be aware of it.  That
said, it shouldn't be terribly difficult to write one, provided you're
OK with forgetting about the structure.
