So, it's able to open the new mailbox, parse it, and display the messages in
the index, but you can't view a message or its attachments?

Exactly. If I select a message, it even shows the header of the message. But no
body and no attachmets.

What if you invoke the <view-attachments> menu, from the index and from the pager?
