Hi Hugo, I also have a problem with Live TV with the latest software. I build my own dongle periodically, and my last good dongle was 07 Jan 2007. I run D3A MVP hardware with MythTV version 0.18.1, with 2 DVB-T tuners (UK). The MVP reboots as soon as I select a channel from live TV (using the "old" live TV menu, not tried new Live TV with this version of dongle.) A trace from the mvp shows the problem towards the end (just after the discovery that the device has no wireless I suspect) Hope this helps - please let me know if I can be of more assistance.
