I am running out of buttons.
Anyone using "Menu" on the remote while in MClient?
What "Menu" does is make Slimserver go to "Now Playing" and cycle
through different display modes for the 2 line widget on MClient. What I
want to do is move that feature to "SHIFT" (i.e. press the Record button
on the remote for "SHIFT") then press "Menu". I want to use "Menu" by
it's self to toggle between the current mode of operations (MClient
under Slimserver control) and a new local mode where MClient is calling
the shots.
FYI...
1) I try to not use buttons that are not on both type of Hauppauge
remote controls.
2) All the buttons work like in other applications except for:
MVPW_KEY_REWIND press and hold to increase rate to -2x, -3x, -4x, ...
MVPW_KEY_SKIP skip current selection and jump to next selection
MVPW_KEY_FFWD press and hold to increase rate to 2x, 3x, 4x, ...
(shift: MVPW_KEY_FFWD cycle through different shuffle modes)
MVPW_KEY_OK play or cancel FFWD or REWIND modes
MVPW_KEY_PLAY play or cancel FFWD or REWIND modes
MVPW_KEY_MENU jump to now playing menu
MVPW_KEY_REPLAY replay current selection or jump to preveous selection
(shift: MVPW_KEY_REPLAY cycle through different repeat
modes)
MVPW_KEY_GO add, NOTE: if held = zap
MVPW_KEY_FULL jump to search menu
MVPW_KEY_RED power
MVPW_KEY_BLUE volup
MVPW_KEY_YELLOW voldown
MVPW_KEY_RECORD shift key to access shift key options (see:
MVPW_KEY_REPLAY & MVPW_KEY_FFWD)
