F.Y.I. The volume in the MVP/MClient application is controlled by the 
server.  Where as the volume for most everything else on the MVP is set 
locally.  I have also noticed that the analog and optical/digital volume 
levels are both effected by the MVP's volume control.  Otherwise, same 
here, the volume levels are fine for me (using a Sony STR-DE835 amp).
