Here is the commskip update that was discussed

http://www.mvpmc.org/~mdrons/dongles/dongle.bin.mvpmc-commskip

It is just the dongle at this moment. It has a lot of
debug info that gets written to stderr, so you may see
it in your logs.

Once a few people have tested the dongle I will commit
the changes to the repos. Please let me know of any
issues or comments.

Changes:
  * Added OSD display for a successful commskip
  * Added OSD timeout for commskip and bookmarks
  * Added OSD menu to enable/disable commskip
  * Added settings menu to enable/disable commskip
NOTE: enable/disable in the different menus are the
same. Once you disable commskip, it is disabled
globally until reboot or enabled.
  * commskip is ENABLED by default
  * Added DB test options to Settings menu. More
tests can be added. I can only simulate so many
issues, Please report issues and will add better tests
and output to results.
  * Added Settings menu to change default skip, 30
seconds and 60 seconds available
  * Added OSD menu for skip options, 30 and 60.
Others wanted? 45 seconds?

Known Issues:
I have issues with saving the commskip settings in the
config file. So if you want it disabled, you need to
disable it everytime after reboot.
