Looks like it probably is some kind of MPEG audio, libmad certainly doesn't decode AC3. Although I'd guess it's probably MP2, I don't think DVDs support "MP3" audio. In which case the JIT code may help for this VOB. Any VOBs which don't have MP2 audio, however, it won't make any difference.
