About: Tom set up a place where users can submit MVPMC ideas, talk about 
them and vote.  It looks better suited then the sourceforge pages of 
similar intent.

I added a link to the mvpmc.org web page called "User Voice Site" to get 
to this site easily.  You can find it in the "Project Links" box between 
"GIT repositories" and "Web Statistics".

Now that I'm checking the page... please let me know if we should move 
it to the "External Links" box.
