Oh, they released that? As far as I'm aware the answer to this is yes 
(with 1 caveat). I'm running a pre-release version of mythtv-0.21 from 
about 6 weeks ago without any major issues. The only problem I'm aware of 
is a change in how DVB audio only services (ie Radio Stations) are 
recorded which means that those recordings can't (currently) be played 
back by the mvpmc. This may affect ATSC audio-only services too (if such a 
thing exists), but I can't test that.

In MythTV 0.20 (and possibly 0.19 too, i can't remember) MythTV generated 
a dummy black video stream along with its radio recordings to allow them 
to pass through its system as any other program would. MythTV has now been 
modified to handle MPEG-TS files which don't contain any video. Currently 
mvpmc's MythTV and MPEG-TS handling all assumes that a video stream will 
be present, and as such is unable to play MythTV DVB/ATSC radio 
recordings.
