Most of the Syabas(software/Linux) based media clients can "see"
mythtv's upnp server. This probably includes the Galaxy 3500 and the
PopCorn Hour players. The list is very long and to get a taste of it
you should probably look what at WizD** or SwissCenter** are compatible
with.

**Not to confuse you, but these are servers which use an extended
html/upnp setup. It's just that their clients are probably the most
prolific UPNP thine media clients with a consistent (but I think
unappealing) UPNP interface.

W.r.t the MediaMVP running the mvpmc.org code. I don't see why you
would bother w/UPNP. The UPNP interface is not as good as the built in
mythtv interface. Unless you were looking for playing back the
recordings you drop into the mythvideo directory. But then, you could
export them to the mvpmc box and use the mvpmc file browser to get at
them. Which, as far as I can tell, is better then the mythvideo UPNP
interface - as that interface, I believe, flattens out any mythvideo
directory structure you happen to be using to organize your videos.
Makes it really hard to find one video in a list that could be hundreds
long! Much better to browse through mythvideo NFS exported directories
and find shorter lists of all the same type of recordings (given you
were good about organizing your videos to begin with).
