I think the Happauge remotes we use use the RC5 codes.  You'll need to 
google for the sky digibox codes then google again for a remote that can 
accomplish both.  Good luck there, most people don't even realize there 
are dozen of formats used for remotes let along what they are called.

You can try Logitec's (expensive) programmable remotes. (~$80+)

If you are up to it, search for the JP1 project**.  Here and there you 
should find enough information to re-program AllForOne remotes (~$15+). 
  Mind you, this isn't trivial.  You will need to build or buy a I2C 
programming cable (can be built for a few dollars worth of parts).

I think the 1st and most certainly the 2nd approach actually puts the 
codes into the remotes.

There are always the learning remotes that copy/record other remotes by 
looking at them.  However, this root force process is usually limited by 
a small number of keys (i.e. can only create less than a half dozen of 
these on a given remote).
