Some kiddie has defaced a few of the pages on the wiki
(see:
http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/linuxdistros
http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/vlc )

as if it actually took any skills to "hack" an open wiki. Shesh.

In any case, I noticed a while back someone switched the wiki settings
to permit modifications from guest users. That setting potentially
invites this kind of thing. Do we still want to keep it set that way? Do
contributors find it a barrier/inconvenient to login first? (Wikispaces
accepts OpenID, so these days you don't even need to create an account.)

I tend to find the guest setting less convenient, as I often start
editing a page and then realize I've forgotten to login first. (I prefer
to have my edits linked to my login.)
