When I execute I get the following
COMMAND  PID   USER   FD   TYPE DEVICE SIZE NODE NAME
atftpd  7749 nobody    0u  IPv4  34704       UDP *:69

I have no clue what this means but it appears atftpd is what is using the
port, correct?
