Don't know, but I'm not using the Myth client here.

I guess it is VLC. I'm just paging to an HTTP URI (located in a Samba share
on the server) and playing the MPEG streamed from VLC on the server.
I get into Mclient failure mode as follows:
1. Play Squeezecenter stuff in Mclient.
2. Exit Mclient, page over to HTTP URI, play VLC MPEG stream.
3. Navigate back to Mclient, try to play but can't.

Linux, Winders, you name it, but yeah, I only do code work these days on the
Linux boxen.
