Hi Again, I have a Fios STB that is producing MPEG2 recordings (via Firewire) under MythTV v24/fixes. The recordings have audio in the format: Dolby Digital (AC-3)
I think the AC3 audio is the cause of the audio going out of sync during on the mvpmc. I tried the mythtv mpeg2-to-mpeg2 transcoder, but it does not appear to make any difference. Any suggestions on how to get these recordings to play in sync on the mvp? Is there a way to fix this using the built in mythtv transcoders? Or is the a job for something like Roger's makempeg2.20080621 script? (If so, is the script on the wiki the most up-to-date?)
