1. SR. PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER (SPM/PM-JKT/ BL) You will take the
full responsibility for the planning, schedule, progress, quality and the
project cost as well to responsible for the engineering KPI of the project
concern. Overall responsibility of project activities such as to supervise or
control sub-contractors strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the
contract and to maintain good relationship with customer. 2. PROJECT ENGINEER /
ASST PROJECT MANAGER (PE/APM-JKT/ CJ/BL) Plan resources and budget, provide
solutions to customer implementation requirements and undertake sub-contractors
management when necessary. Responsibility for project activity, supervise and
control the sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of
the contract. 3. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER/ ENGINEER (QCM/QCE-JKT/ WJ/CJ/EJ/
/BL/MKSR)
The responsibility is to ensure the implementation of Quality Control System in
accordance to the customer’s specification and requirements. 4. CIVIL WORK
ENGINEER (CME-WJ/CJ/EJ/ BL/MDN/MKSR) You will responsible for civil work
standard to meet the customer requirement and to recommend approved
subcontractors to perform civil work services. 5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
(EL-EJ/BL)
Handle all electrical installation and maintenance related issues for
respective area. (This includes ACDB, Power plant, Battery bank, Generator,
Earthing and all other power equipments (both AC and DC).
6. PLN COORDINATOR (PLN-WJ/CJ/EJ/ BL)
You will be dealing with the national electricity power plant company (PLN) as
well to ensure the smoothes of land acquisition near by the related are.
7. SDP MANAGER/ENGINEER (SDP-WJ/CJ/EJ/ BL)
Site design, planning, and survey, including floor layout and technical support
you will also provide survey & design quality management consultation.
8. SITAC COORDINATOR (SA-WJ/CJ/EJ/ BL/MKSR)
You must ensure the land acquisition process with the local citizen and
district government regulations in accordance to support smoothes of project
implementation.
9. SITAC MANAGER/SENIOR SITAC MANAGER (SM/SSM-JKT/ EJ/BLMKSR)
You will have responsible to ensure the smoothes of land acquisition near by
the related are. As the manager you will be in charge of one region for land
acquisition process.
10. PROCUREMENT ENGINEER (PCR-JKT/WJ/ CJ/EJ/BL)
Source and select subcontractors to meet our requirements and budget. Liaise
and negotiate with subcontractors on pricing, and evaluate Subcontractors’ work
service quality.
11. PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (PA-JKT/WJ/CJ/ EJ/BL/MKSR)
Prepare and keeping track of project reports, gathering and summarizing data
including information updates. Schedule appointments and coordinate
arrangements for meetings.
12. SECRETARY (SEC-JKT/CJ)
Responsible for a variety of correspondence, reports, translations, travel
arrangements, Visa applications and travel documentations. Maintain
departmental office equipment and supply including stationary.
13. SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER/ENGINEER (SDM-JKT)
Responsible for sales & marketing of after-sales’s product and services
(e.g. service level agreement, warranty service ) to targeted customers.
Maintain & improve customer relationship.
14. MANAGED SERVICE ENGINEER (MSE-JKT)
Take charge of network maintenance services, including network monitoring,
routine and preventive maintenance, service restoration and provide network
optimization as well the field maintenance. Take charge of network management
services, including managing network performance, availability, alarm and
fault, configuration and fault management.
15. MANAGED SERVICE BIDDING ENGINEER (MSB-JKT)
Responsible for technical bidding of management service projects. Providing
competitive and high-quality technical Engineering solutions and relevant
tender documents for tender.
16. AFTER-SALES MANAGER/ENGINEER (SL-JKT)
Propose network design solution for GSM/CDMA/UMTS/ WIMAX for after sales
service plan according to customer requirement. Support GSM/CDMA/UMTS/ WIMAX
network sales promotion activities by attending seminar, workshop, marketing
campaign, and other related activities.
17. NETWORK MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (NME-JKT)
Support configuration management&implemen t soft/hardware configuration
data change for network resources. Responsible to provide all relevant
information about network status and day to day surveillance activity in
network operation centre.
18. DATACOMM ENGINEER (DAT-JKT)
You will perform for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of Switches and Routers equipment. Provide technical support to
customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
19. SOFTWARE APPLICATION ENGINEER (VAS-JKT)
You will perform for installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of
SMS, MMS, prepaid billing date, convergent billing date equipment. Provide
technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
Exposure in VAS or IN; and UNIX or Database (i.e.
Informix, Oracle, Sysbase) Knowledge and experience in HP or SUN or IBM
mini-computer and server, UNIX, Windows X operation system, Host and Client
system, Informix or SQL Server 6.0 Database and basic SQL command. Must have
understanding in protocols such as signaling No.7, MTP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, CAP,
INAP, ISUP, TUP, TCP/IP, PPP, X.25, FTAM, etc.
20. IBC ENGINEER (IBC-JKT/WJ/ CJ/EJ/BL)
You will perform for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of in-building coverage RF equipment. Also RF planning for
in-building coverage. Familiar with GSM or CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network
technologies.
21. BSS ENGINEER (WE-JKT/WJ/CJ/ EJ/BL)
You will perform for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of BTS and BSC equipment. Provide technical support to customers
through remote and on-site trouble-shooting. Familiar with GSM or CDMA or UMTS
or WIMAX network technologies.
22. NSS ENGINEER (CN-JKT/EJ/MDN)
You will perform for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of MSC, HLR, and VLR equipment. Provide technical support to
customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting. Familiar with GSM or
CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network technologies.
23. RADIO NETWORK PLANNING ENGINEER (RNP-JKT/WJ/ CJ/EJ/BL)
Conducts Radio network planning, site survey, and plan to identify the suitable
location of BTS . Hands-on knowledge and experience in RF Network Planning /
Optimization. Familiar with GSM or CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network technologies.
24. MICROWAVE INSTALLATION ENGINEER (MW-JKT/WJ/CJ/ EJ/BL)
You will perform for LOS survey, installation, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of Microwave equipment. Familiar with GSM or CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX
network technologies.
25. MICROWAVE PLANNING ENGINEER (MWP-JKT/WJ/ CJ/EJ/BL)
You will be responsible for Microwave planning. Check LOS, frequency scanning
and license report. Familiar with GSM or CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network
technologies.
26. SDH / PDH ENGINEER (OPT-JKT)
You will perform for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of SDH or PDH optical network equipment. Provide technical support
to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting. Familiar with GSM or
CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network technologies.
27. FIELD OPERATION ENGINEER (FO-CJ/BL)
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for network elements in access
site and transmission, to handle all maintenance related issues for respective
region. (This includes BTS, BSC, RF, Microwave, SDH, and PDH). Familiar with
GSM or CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network technologies.
28. HR SPECIALIST (HR-JKT/WJ/CJ/ EJ/BL)
You will be responsible for such as a HR spectrum included personnel
administration, recruitment, and HR database record.
29. TRAINING SPECIALIST (TR-JKT)
Assist in training schedule and training material preparation. Keeping track of
training schedule, training course, trainee information, and update to our
training system. Keeping track of training attendance and prepare the training
report. Coordinator with HQ Office and Regional Office for overseas training
arrangement.
30. ASST LEGAL MANAGER/LEGAL SPECIALIST (LGL-JKT/WJ/ CJ/EJ/BL)
The function is to ensure the land acquisition administrative is comply with
the district government regulations as well to support the SITAC team. From its
function the candidate must be hands-on with the state Land law.
31. LOGISTIC SPECIALIST (LOG-JKT/WJ/ CJ/EJ/BL)
Analyze customs policies, import regulations and favourable policies of base
country. Formulate secure, efficient and cost-effective import-export solutions
and ensure smooth implementation. Keep track the arrival of international
shipments, to ensure the on-time arrival of shipments and distribution.
32. SPARE PARTS MANAGER/SPECIALIST (SPM/SP-JKT)
Responsible for telecom equipment spare parts planning and the warehouse
management to ensure the warehouse is not overload or spare part stocks
shortage. Also minimize the warehouse operation cost.
Engineering Position Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above in Telecommunication or related studies.
Diploma (D1) or (D3) will be consider with minimum 3 years of related working
experiences.
Minimum 5 years or related working experience for Manager position.
Minimum 8 years or related working experience for senior Manager position.
Minimum 2 years or related working experience for Engineer postion.
Hands-on experience and knowledge in GSM or CDMA or UMTS or WIMAX network
technologies
Fresh graduated student is encourage to apply as entry level positions are also
available.
Non Engineering Position Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above in related studies.
Minimum 2 year of related working experience.
Fresh graduated student with good result is encourage to apply as entry level
positions are also available.
Other Requirement:
Willing to work mobile or travelling to the regions (MDN=Medan, JKT=Jakarta,
WJ=West Java, CJ=Central Java, EJ=East Java, BL=Bali, MKSR=Makasar) .
Positive attitude, independent, self driven, hard worker, and good coordination
within department concern.
Able to work in multicultural environment as well to work in multitasking
condition
Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful; possess
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (verbally & written) is a must. Ability to converse
in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
