Counter Representative (Denpasar Based) You will be responsible for : Handling export/ import outstanding credit/ debt control, export/ import suspended customers, and handling other customers' inquiries related to Collection Handling incoming calls and inquiries in professional manner as well as walk-in customers in the counter in order to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction Back up Operations activities for deliver and pick up, arranging for pick up inquiry, supplying request and handling track & trace shipment Identifying and recording complaints on service issues Recommending solutions to service concerns to management Any other duties assigned from time to time Requirements : Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline Having 1 years relevant experience is preferable ; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Good command of English (written and spoken) and Computer literate Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and target-oriented Posses good communication and also negotiation skills as well as administration skills Holding Driving License (A & C), and familiar with greater Denpasar area Kindly send your application letter and resume by September 12, 2008 at the latest to PT UPS Cardig International Attn.
