Hmmmm.... after I applied your latest. reg file, MLO showed this property as being set to Shift+Ctrl+Alt+2. This is in Vista SP1. Not sure why.
Anyhow, I changed it back to Alt+Ctrl+N and it's working fine. Thanks again for your help.
