Since installing the Pocket PC version of MLO I've been experiencing problems when syncing with the PC.
It does not happen every time but about 50% of the time the Pocket PC will run very slowly after the sync process with the desktop has completed. It will continue to do this until I perform a soft reset. I've got memaid installed and after long delays waiting for it to load up I managed to get to the CPU usage details. The offending process is MLOUtil.exe. Memaid is indicating that the process is using between 75% and 100% of the CPU. After a soft reset MLOUtil.exe is no longer running and the Pocket PC is now running fine. Plugged the Pocket PC back into the PC MLOUtil.exe starts up again with the same problem. Oddly if I close the desktop sync tool and wait until Activesync has completed its other work then start it up again I don't seem to get the problem. I'm running an old Acer n35 running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.
