Hello, New star function (in new beta 3.5.0) and manual ordering is perfect improvement. Now, for full compatibility with Outlook, a new UDF field in Outlook should be created "MLOStar" or something like that (in a similar way like MLOFlag). Then not only sync with Pocket PC MLO, but also with Outlook could use this new star feature.
