Personally I prefer mailing lists. I'm much more likely to
contribute via email than by having to go to a website. Moving to
a forum would be disconnected from all past posts also.
Perhaps what would help is to give the PPC folks a separate list like
the Android list. That would simplify a lot.
Also I think every forum or email list goes through ebbs and
flows...it's got a lot of traffic now, but it usually calms down
pretty quickly.
