Hi Richard,

Try going the menu route; Task/Advanced/Properties. Make sure the
Control+F12 shortcut is showing next to the menu option. If it is,
then it's probably a conflict with a global hotkey from another
application (you can confirm this with Active Hotkeys). If that's the
case then just set another hotkey.
