I found what is basically a gotcha in MLO. Moving tasks with
subtasks from one folder to another can in certain situations leave
the subtasks as siblings instead of children to the original task.

This is caused when moving multiple tasks by selecting and then shift
selecting a range of tasks.

As an example If a recurring task in the range is displaying its
children subtasks, those tasks will end up in the move as siblings to
the recurrence. If these subtasks are not displayed at the time of
the move they will move correctly as children.

Furthermore if "hide completed tasks" button is double checked the
results are even worse. A recurring task that displays it subtasks
will NOT move over any completed subtasks. They just seem to
disappear from the outline.
