For each video, I have hide completed task unchecked but I tried
without videoing it and it seemed to make no difference - still get
the 2 dialog boxes.

If I click Yes to each of the 2 dialog boxes, then try again [both
times applying a flag using a shortcut], this time I get only the
second dialog box
[Task not found. It has been probably deleted].

Puzzling [to me at least!]
