I reminded myself today about using the Alt+Left and Alt+Right shortcuts for moving through history. Very useful if you have a break from your tasks and want to retrace your steps quickly.
In a similar vein, I discovered that for daily/weekly reviews, a handy view is the Modified View in Outline (click on view column header) and enable the modified column in this view by right clicking on the column header. This gives you modified tasks, grouped by day and the modified column gives the time modified and how long ago that was. the difference in times gives a crude indication of how much time was spent on tasks if you were working continuously and a small clue about where the day went. Hope these are useful. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
