Steve, (copied from earlier group post) For the last while, Windows has made C:\Program Files read-only, thus you can't create files (like MLOPrint.htm) in that directory. Use the Browse (...) button to the right of the Output File box to point to My Documents, or any other directory outside Program Files. Printing will work then.
It appears that the default output file will remain in Program Files, though you can use the drop-down to point to the other location after the first time. Hope this helps.
